• Tuma Petauke is a transport directory and connection platform.
• Tuma Petauke does not employ the taxi drivers, motorbike riders or bicycle riders displayed on the platform.
• Transporters operate independently.
• Users contact transporters directly.
• Fares must be agreed directly between the passenger and the transporter.
• Tuma Petauke does not currently process transport payments.
• Users should confirm the identity of the transporter before starting a trip.
• Users should use reasonable care and judgement when arranging transport.
• Information displayed on transporter profiles may change.
• Tuma Petauke may suspend or remove transporter profiles when necessary.
• Misuse of the platform may result in access restrictions.
• Tuma Petauke may update these terms when necessary.
